CJ Chauffeurs were absolutely fantastic—super simple to book, with amazing customer service. The car was extremely comfortable and felt like a little slice of luxury. We were driven by the wonderful Carlos, who was brilliant and made sure everything was just right. We were incredibly grateful that he went above and beyond, even rearranging his personal plans so he could pick us up again the following day. Honestly, you will not find a better chauffeur service. I cannot recommend CJ Chauffeurs and Carlos highly enough!

I've now used Carlos at CJ Chauffeurs twice — once for a business trip to the airport and, most recently, for a pleasure trip with my guest to the theatre in Central London. Both experiences have been exceptional. On our most recent journey, we arrived earlier than expected, yet Carlos was already there around 15 minutes before our allocated pickup time. He greeted us professionally, opened the car doors for us and was smart, well-groomed and impeccably presented. The Mercedes EQE 350+ was immaculate and of exceptional quality. The interior felt genuinely luxurious, with subtle ambient lighting and an extremely quiet and comfortable cabin. The journey was incredibly smooth and Carlos remained completely composed and professional throughout. Five stars without hesitation.

I had an excellent experience with CJ Chauffeurs for my transfer to London Heathrow. Booking was quick and easy, and Carlos arrived early, helped with my luggage and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the journey. The Mercedes was spotless, luxurious and incredibly comfortable. As a woman travelling alone, I felt safe and well looked after from start to finish. I would happily use CJ Chauffeurs again and highly recommend Carlos.
